Çağla: Good afteenoons. Sun Airlines. How can I help you?
Ayşe:Good afteenoons. I'd like to book a flight, please.
Çağla: OK. What city would you like to fly to?
Ayşe: Italy
Çağla: What date would you like to book the flight for?
Ayşe: The 4th of Octaber.
Çağla: Would you like a morning flight or an afteenoon flight?
Ayşe: A morning flight, please.
Çağla: Would you like a window seat or an aisle seat?
Ayşe: A window seat, please.
Çağla: Of course. Could I have your name, please?
Ayşe: Dora Brown.
Çağla: Excuse me? Could you repeat that, please?
Ayşe: Sure, My name is Dora Brown.
Çağla: OK. I have just booked your flight, Ms.Dora.
Ayşe: Thank you.
Çağla: You're welcome and there's one more thing.
Ayşe: Yes?
Çağla: You should obey the baggage allowance. A passanger can't have baggage more then 35 kilos.
Ayşe: No problem. I always travel light.
Çağla: OK, then. Thank you for choosing us. I hope you will have a wonderfull trip.
